I was so happy to find a place that could do my watch repair while I waited. I had a watch whose link had broken and Christina immediately took the watch back and fixed it. The price was very reasonable. She was so pleasant and the watch looked great! I cannot wait to come back and see all the new pieces she gets in regularly.

Bad experience. Months of promises and excuses and still left without our custom order, the watch we ordered nor the repair we requested. No attempt to contact us ever during the process. We were always the one to call. Very poor communication and customer service. Will not be back
This is great little store. I was able to buy phenomenal gifts for my family at reasonable prices. They were all loved!
I have only had a couple experiences with them, and both times I've been disappointed and surprised they are able to stay in business despite how unprofessional they are. I got an engraved gift after my child was born, but they engraved the wrong thing. It took about another 5 weeks to get the gift replaced and corrected, and then they insisted that they were not at fault, despite completely being at fault. A couple years later, I went in and asked if they could remove a couple links from my watch to help it fit better, and she said absolutely -- it was done immediately, no price was mentioned, and I actually thought I wasn't going to be charged for the service. On my way out, she said I had to pay $$, which was about the price of the tools. I was shocked that I had not been quoted a price before she walked off with my watch -- unprofessional. I won't be going back.
Wow was I wrong. Six months later we required a true jeweler. This is not the place. Custom pieces we learned are not possible. Custom orders never happen. There's no communications for the three months of excuses. The only positive is after all the "reasons " the repairs and the custom piece were never started or the special ordered watch was never ordered. All pieces were as we left them.
The next positive is we have already found a new jeweler.
