Scheduled an appointment almost a week in advance for a oil change, tire rotation and alignment. When I dropped the car off, they asked when I would be back. I said I would be back in 2-3 hours. Left the vehicle to go to my sons soccer game and came back almost 3 hours later. The only thing they've completed is the tire rotation. This used to be a pretty good place to bring your vehicle for service but to only complete the tire rotation in 3 hours , it's absolutely unbelievable how bad this place has gotten.

This place is awesome! I am traveling for the holidays. A piece came loose under my vehicle. The employees and mechanics were so friendly and reassuring. They removed the piece (some type of guard) that was causing me trouble and I'm able to complete my trip. They truly blessed me today.

Employee are friendly. They always seem to be short staffed and let you know that but takes longer than told to have work done

Wow, been doing business here for years. Never again. Arrived at 8:45 a.m. wanted to get a complete preventive maintenance inspection. Young fellow at counter said it wouldn't be a problem, the diagnostic tech had a 9 a.m. appointment and a 12 p.m. appointment, should be able to fit it in with no problem. No one in lobby at the time . Maybe alot of drop offs? Waited for 2 hours car not moved. Meanwhile 4 employees being loud and obnoxious in lobby area( Joking around w/each other and learing at the younger lady customers that came in around 10 and 10:30 a.m. Told them I was gonna catch a ride home and call me when finished. Received phone call at 4:45 p.m. to ask me to leave it overnight and they would get to it sometime tomorrow. Unacceptable! Told them I would be there in 30 minutes. Got there at 5:15, lot is almost empty. 1 customer in lobby and 3 employees playing on cell phones. Told them I was there to pick up my keys. Handed me my keys first then tried to give me a bill. BIG MISTAKE! I told them the car hasn't been moved . Young fellow said we had it on racks. Why did you call me to ask me to leave it overnight on a Friday? Wish I could leave 0 stars , but 1 is the lowest.

A previous inspection at a Lexus dealership had noted warped rear rotor on my car. Took my car here for oil change and rear rotor turn. Have documents for this. Got a call, they want to order new fronts and replace them due to hotspots. I asked them to inspect the rear. Watched them attempt to use their runout tool to determine uniform thickness on rear. This did not go well. Tech mentioned they've NEVER used the tool. It showed. Watch out. At checkout I was charged for the oil change and an extra $30 for "inspection fee." Thanks. I paid quietly and left. Place looks nice up front, but lacks wrench talent in the back. Oil changes only. For serious work, look elsewhere.
